Are your crystals real?

Yes! Every stone at Mineral Fox is 100% natural unless stated otherwise in the description. We select our crystals and suppliers very carefully, so we can supply high quality, natural stones. Some of our stones come directly from our own family mines. 

Do you cleanse your crystals?

Yes! All crystals are cleansed with smoke before shipping. However, we always encourage you to cleanse or charge them again in a way that feels aligned to you.

Are your items ethically sourced?

We can 100% guarantee that our family mined stones are ethically sourced. Those being snowflake obsidian, zebra jasper, picasso jasper, rhodonite, deercreek fire agate, and lucin variscite. Other than that, we work with trusted suppliers and small businesses whenever possible to source our crystals responsibly and thoughtfully.

Will my crystal look exactly like the photo?

Because crystals are natural, no two pieces are the same. The photos represent the size, quality, and style you’ll receive, but not the exact piece unless you're purchasing a single stock item which will be stated in the description. As for smaller pieces, yours will be one of a kind and completely unique!

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If you request your order to be filmed it can take up to 10 business days to ship.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to extra tariff and duty charges.

My package says delivered but I don't see it, what should I do?

Please check with your local post office first. If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us and we’ll help however we can 🤍

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at mineralfoxgems@gmail.com with your full name and order number.  Shipping returned items back is the responsibility of the customer, and only returned items will be refunded.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no, we're so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will make it right!

Are your incense & lifestyle items handmade?

Many of our items are handcrafted or small batch sourced. Each product listing includes details about materials and ingredients. Read more about how we make our incense in the incense product descriptions. 

Are your products safe to use around kids or pets?

Always burn incense responsibly and keep out of reach of children and pets. We recommend good ventilation and never leaving burning incense unattended.
