Similar to manifestation, meditation is another important way to incorporate crystals into your daily rituals and practices. Oftentimes, people meditate to reduce stress, manage anxiety and depression, bring clarity to a chaotic mind, improve focus, and more.
When meditating, it’s important to set your intention for what you want to focus on during meditation, and choose crystals based on this intention. Once you choose an intention, pick which crystals best align with your intention, and then hold the crystals in your hand or align them with your chakra to connect with their energy. Take your time as you finish meditating and reflect on the thoughts or feelings that came up.
There is no wrong way to meditate, as it is intended to work with whatever helps you most. But here is a guide to start a meditation practice with crystals:
Set your intention. What is it that you want to focus on while meditating? What are you hoping to feel? Select a crystal or crystals that you’re feeling drawn to for those reasons. Remember: there are no “wrong” crystals! Hold them however is comfortable while you meditate.
Go slow. Take your time getting out of the meditation and take some time to process anything that might have come up during the meditation. You might want to take time to journal about anything that came up or what you think the crystals are trying to tell you.
